I completely understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. I do ask that any schedule changes be made as early as possible.
Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
If you do not call or show up to your appointment, a no show fee of $50 will be charged.
I will make every attempt to ensure that you are delighted with your services and experience. In the event that you are not satisfied, please notify me at the time of the service or within 48 hours.
All services are non-refundable, but in the event you are not fully satisfied I am happy to schedule a corrective service. In order to receive the corrective service, you must notify me within 48 hours.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Not all products are for all people. I will do my best to make recommendations that you will love and that will enhance your hair in the best ways; however, if you get it home and you aren't loving something bring it in within 7 days and I will be happy to exchange it.
