Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes things come up and that life happens requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 3 days notice.
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or for which clients do not arrive on time for will incur an automatic charge of 50% of the total for booked services billed to your credit card on file.
If you do not call or show up to your appointment, a fee of $100 or 50% of the services booked (whichever is higher) will be automatically charged to the card on file. These clients also lose booking privileges permanently.
Please know that the cancellation fee is not a punishment for missing your appointment but instead, a compensation for my time that cannot be filled in such a short notice. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit. If after reviewing the consultation form, I can see that I missed the mark in the execution of your services, I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
If you are simply looking for a different result then what was agreed upon in the consultation, I am happy to quote you a refinement rate, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals.
Every effort will be made to get you back into the salon within 7 days of your redo request.
Please note that if you do not notify me within 7 days of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed according to my service menu and pricing.
All services are non-refundable.
In order to continue providing the best possible service to my guests, I will not allow any clients' late arrival to affect another guest in my business.
If you arrive to the salon more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment start time we will not be able to complete all of your services scheduled for that day. You can choose to eliminate the cut or below dry service; however, the cancelation policy will be in effect for those services and the cancelation fee will be imposed representing 50% of those booked services.
Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late we will not be able to complete your services and the cancelation fees will apply to all scheduled services.
This policy allows me to always have plenty of time to serve my guests thoroughly and will ensure I am ensure I am always running on time for you at each visit.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
Retail purchase refunds are not available. I will exchange your purchased product for another product that I believe is better suited to meet your needs and goals.
Products brought to the salon for an exchange between 30-90 days after purchase will be eligible for a 50% exchange credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for any products that were shipped to you directly by our salon.
A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be required during the extension consultation. The deposit will be equal to half of the amount of the total service price agreed upon during the consultation.
Any cancellations or changes to hair extension appointments made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
If anyone other than Amanda Binkley removes extensions, an additional fee may apply to reinstall.
If move up occurs past 8 weeks additional fee may apply.
Hair extensions and services are non-refundable.
My booking site only allows appointments to be booked within 8 weeks. If no appointments are showing up, I am completely booked for the next 8 weeks. If you are unable to book an appointment, please add yourself to the waitlist or feel free to reach out for alternate recommendations.
